On the promise and resurrection of the Light at Winter Solstice

The solstice is almost here. On December 21st the sun takes it’s shortest trip and gives us the longest, darkest night. December 22nd begins the promise of the big ole burning ball committed to longer stays ~ and invites our faces to turn to the sun, even here in the deep of winter. I’m excited about this development; it’s been a tough few weeks, so imagining the warmth of morning light and sun-filled afternoons sounds just right.

Today I want to bring you a few stars for the dark night coming; and hopefully some hope and light to bring into your new year!

⭐️ Kim Rhodes is a star of SO many screens - she played the Mom from The Suite Life of Zach and Cody and sheriff Jody Mills from Supernatural (and so many others) and just to say she’s also one the main characters in a short film my husband wrote and I directed called November 1st. (Trailer below) This week we brought back her episode from Season 1 for a re-play….it’s just a delight. She’s funny, honest, real and not afraid of a few f-bombs to make her point. And I believe I speak for both Sarah and I when I say we’ve loved doing our little Sunday Solo episodes!

It’s such a treat to take Sarah with me to the gym and get to listen to her amazing wisdom as I march on a treadmill - it genuinely cheers me up on a Monday! In Sarah’s recent solo episode. she brought through her signature genius with that soothing voice of hers about how to develop psychic abilities by tuning into subtle energy. She describes how the body is a fantastic instrument to tune into closely…. and of course - the important role of trust! She describes PRESENCE as the gateway to spirit - once we are fully here in the moment, we’re available for any and all of it.

A few days ago I published the last Sunday solo of the year with some thoughts and a share about a recent experience I’ve had recognizing some long-held and pretty deeply unconscious beliefs that were running my little OS (operating system) - and how I had to do some heavy work to clear it. But funny how heavy work becomes so much lighter with the support of spirit guides and the like! So it was a super profound and scary turned positive experience. We’ve heard from several folks who felt that one deeply; and we’re so grateful when y’all reach out to let us know!

Alrighteee then dearest ones! To say that we adore you would be a massive understatement. 🥰
